Refund or Cancellation Policy :

  • Refund Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and video of unboxing as well as stating reason for refund to picnicbasketstore@gmail.com.

  • Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.

  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

Refund Request Process:

  • Drop a mail to below e-mail adress for initiating refund-

  • State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with video of unboxing in case of any damages.

Order Cancellations :

  • Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you can share images as proof with us at picnicbasketstore@gmail.com The issue will be recorded, and further steps will be communicated to you. A full refund can be made in such cases.

Returns:

We do not issue returns. Refund only in unlikely event of product arrives damaged and cancellation before order is shipped.

Refunds:

REFUNDS WILL TAKE 7-14 WORKING DAYS.
Please Note : We only do money refunds in case of Wrong or Damaged products being delivered.

  1. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only once decision taken by company.
  2. It takes 2-3 business days to process the refund internally
  3. It will take the bank or portal also 2-3 business days to process/reflect the refund.
